Note: ALL member communications are sent via email. Please make sure to notify us if your email changes.

PART B - Information you provide in this section is for the printed directory and/or website listing.

Your membership in ERBA entitles you to a "listing" in our printed directory and/or on our website. These listings are optional (not automatic or mandatory).
Listing Format
Your listing includes a copy of your business card (one side only) AND a written description of your business (optional). The written description can include any information not provided on your business card, a description of your products and/or services, and any other information such as discounts for ERBA members, etc.
(Please see the directory or website for examples.)
If you are mailing this application, TWO business cards MUST be enclosed with your application form. If you have printing on both sides of your business card, please indicate which side you want to appear.

Part C - Code of Ethics & Standards

Members of ERBA strive to recognize, promote and improve GLBT and GLBT-friendly businesses whenever possible.
Members will:

- conduct business with honesty, integrity and fairness towards employees, clients and customers alike;

- be accessible and accountable to clients and customers and will make every reasonable effort to act in their best interest;

- abide by fair employment practices;

- not discriminate in the provision of services on the basis of race, creed, ethnicity, ability, health, marital status, gender or sexual orientation;

- practice truthful and non-deceptive advertising; and

- support in a constructive manner the ideals and goals of ERBA as well as the GLBT community in general.

Membership Fees
In accordance with our bylaws, ALL new memberships and renewals shall have an expiry date of May 1st, 2011.

The current annual membership fee is $50.

Changes and/or Updates
The printed directories are published in June each year. Revisions to it are made at renewal date or prior to additional printing. The website updates are made monthly. If at any time your contact information, business card or business description changes, please forward updated information "in writing" to our Membership Director.

Note: This membership application is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of ERBA. An incomplete application form may result in delays in approval and posting of your listing on the website.

Your receipt will be emailed to you once your application has been processed. Please remember to include 2 business cards!

provide a question and answer only ERBA would know. Please keep it simple. We don't want
to hurt our brain!
